Matthew Sylvia, owner of Crescendo Innovations oversees the day to day operations for Innovative Merchant Solutions. He recently moved back to Massachusetts from Oahu, Hawaii to pursue a change, challenge, and career. After two and a half years living in paradise, he had a full time position at a home medical equipment company. He then entered the Management Training Program at the entry level in Providence, RI and completed the program in just 6 months with the Verizon campaign. Upon completion of the program, he has expanded to the Rochester area and into an untapped market and unlimited opportunity. Today he leads his office with integrity, passion, intensity, fun, and compassion. These are his tools to unlocking the human potential. His time in Hawaii and military service, as well as serving in Kosovo, give him the invaluable experience to lead at a high level. He looks forward to working with anyone with an impeccable work ethic and a constant desire to better one’s self and a professional and as a person.
